POLICIES & SHIPPING
We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on our in-stock inventory including jewellery and wearables within 10 days from the original purchase. Returns or exchanges must be approved before they are shipped. Return shipping to and from us is the responsibility of the purchaser and excludes shipping promotions. Only unworn, undamaged items, with the tags still intact will be considered. Exchanges and Returns are NOT accepted on custom items. A custom item is any item, jewellery or wearables, that we make for you that is not in our current inventory. Custom work requires a 50% deposit upon order and the remaining balance upon pick-up or before shipping. A full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s satisfaction. Canada Post is our main shipping method on all items under $100. We ship via regular mail or at our discretion. Items over $100 will be shipped Priority or Express Post with a tracking number and emailed to you. We often ship via Fed-ex, at the buyer’s expense, for more valuable items. You will be notified with the cost before we ship and a tracking number when your invoice is paid in full. All items listed have shipping options upon check-out. We are able to accommodate most other shipping requests if need be, please contact us.
