At SPISANI DESIGNS we specialize in custom jewellery, repairs, redesign (using your gold and gems) and restorations on vintage and antique pieces. A large part of what we do includes everyday repairs including ring sizing, chain repairs and more. All repairs are done on-site by our Professional Goldsmtih, Suzanne Spisani.
We are a busy, small shop (98sq ft to be exact!) run by a husband and wife team in the heart of downtown Windsor, NS. Everything we do is custom; design, CAD, 3D printing, casting, stone-setting, hand engraving and fabrication just to name a few services. We have an off-site studio which we also work from on a regular basis.
Custom work takes time and we pride ourselves on offering slow, intentionally crafted jewellery. Everything is hands on. Because of this, we value our undivided time at the bench and prefer to deal in person for all inquiries. We are by appointment only on Tuesdays for private clients.

Jewellery Repairs
All repairs are completed on a first come, first served basis and can be dropped off during regular
studio hours. All repairs must be evaluated in-person. We do not quote over the phone or via email. The cost and timeline are provided at drop-off after an evaluation. You will be issued a yellow repair ticket with your pick-up date. Due to our heavy workload, we do not call when items are ready as the pick-up date can be found in red on your yellow ticket. All items must be picked up by the rightful owner with the original ticket. No items will be released without the ticket.

Not sure if we can repair it? Most often we can. Pop by for an evaluation.
We pride ourselves on being able to repair almost any piece of jewellery and love a good challenge.

• Precious metals: all Karats of yellow and white gold, silver, fine silver and platinum
• Non-precious metals: copper, steel, stainless steel and most costume jewellery
• Other: engravable metals (to be determined in-shop), solid silverware (not plated)

Medical Alert Jewellery
24–48 hour turnaround on medical alert jewellery at no additional charge.
Watch Services
Pin removal, strap adjustments, and new watch straps. Please note: we do NOT change watch
batteries.
Custom & Redesign Work
Redesign and custom jewellery projects begin with an initial consultation by appointment only on Tuesdays of each week when we are closed to the public. We can give a brief overview of the process on the spot but further details will be reserved for your appointment.
Priority Exceptions
Custom and redesign wedding rings, wedding bands, and engagement rings take precedence due
to their time-sensitive nature. We are often booked up to a year in advance but will do our best to fit wedding and commitment rings in.
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection
We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection on wedding rings and recommend this service every 6 months.
Appraisal Clinics
We offer appraisal clinics by an independent GIA Graduate Gemologist in the shop every to professionally appraise your fine and antique Jewellery. Spots fill up quickly and need to be reserved in advance. Please contact us to reserve your spot.

All Hours: Our current hours are always posted on Google and include holiday closures, scheduled days off, regular open hours, and sick days.
