Our Redesign Process

Step 1: Join Our Waitlist

Jewellery redesign is a popular, labour-intensive service, and our schedule is currently booked into late 2027. While we’re unable to accept new redesign orders at this time, we’re happy to add your name to our waitlist for future availability.

Step 2: Private Consultation

When an appointment becomes available, we’ll discuss your ideas, the jewellery you’d like to transform, and what you hope to create. Every piece is unique, and the possibilities depend on the materials, condition, and design.

Step 3: Material Evaluation

We’ll evaluate your existing jewellery, including weighing and testing gold, identifying gemstones, and assessing their suitability for reuse. This helps us determine what materials can be incorporated into your new design and explore the available options.

Step 4: Design & Project Planning

With your materials and ideas in mind, we’ll work through the design possibilities and determine the scope of your project, including pricing and the work involved.

Step 5: Craftsmanship & Creation

Once your design and project details are finalized, we’ll begin transforming your treasured materials into a new piece of jewellery, crafted with care in our studio.

We work with a variety of precious metals and gemstones, including:

• Yellow and white gold in all karats

• Sterling silver and fine silver

Gemstones

• Diamonds

• Sapphires, rubies, and other precious gemstones

• Many other gemstones, subject to evaluation

Not all existing materials are suitable for reuse. Their condition, composition, and compatibility with your new design will be assessed before proceeding.
