EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges or in-store credit on ready-made items within 15 days of purchasing. All exchanges must be approved before they are shipped.
Return shipping to and from us is the responsibility of the purchaser (excluding shipping promotions) and will be reflected on your final invoice where applicable.

Items must be unworn and undamaged in their original condition with packaging and receipt.

 

All sale items are final yet not void from our manufacturing guarantee.

CUSTOM & REDESIGN

Exchanges are not accepted on custom items. A custom item is any piece, jewellery or wearable, that we make or curate and is not in our current ready-made inventory. Custom work requires a 50% deposit upon order and the remaining balance upon pick-up or before shipping. A full payment upon receipt of custom work denotes the client’s satisfaction.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our repairs for 1 year unless othersise stated. All custom and redesign work is quaranteed for its life in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

SHIPPING

Canada Post Expedited with tracking is our main shipping method. Please allow 3-10 days depending on your Canadian location. For International Shipping, please allow 10-15 days.​
