We accept returns and exchanges on our in-stock inventory including jewellery and wearables within 7 days from receiving it. All returns or exchanges must be approved before they are shipped. Return shipping to and from us is the responsibility of the purchaser and excludes shipping promotions. Only unworn and undamaged items are accepted. All sale items are final sale. Exchanges and returns are not accepted on custom items. A custom item is any item, jewellery or wearable, that we make or curate and is not in our current inventory. Custom work requires a 50% deposit upon order and the remaining balance upon pick-up or before shipping. A full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s satisfaction. Canada Post Expedited with tracking is our main shipping method for $10. Please allow 3-7 days. International Shipping is $20 for the same service. Please allow up to 12 days. At our discretion, we may choose to send some items under $150 via Courier, at no extra charge. We offer free shipping over $150 which will be shipped via Canada Post or Courier of our choice. For all shipments, you will receive a tracking number. All items listed have shipping options upon check-out or local drop-off. For further information, please contact us.
